Wood Burl Cutoffs & Live Edge Scraps For Stabilization, Resin & Epoxy Casting:
My burl cutoffs & scrap pieces for crafts & diy projects. The pictures shown are literally the exact box you will receive. I make new boxes one at a time so there is no confusion about what to expect. That said, my black cherry burl cutoffs & small scrap pieces are wonderful for those who work with resin & epoxy. They’re the “scrap” pieces I don’t use for the pens I make. Reference my pens listed to get a feel for the grain pattern & figure within these pieces. Again, these are perfect for resin casting or epoxy inlays, and even small crafts.
You can also glue them up. There are many possibilities for these live edge burl cutoffs. The limit is truly your imagination. They offer the opportunity to create unique, highly-figured crafts, turned items, wood & acrylic hybrid blanks etc. Some pieces, especially the second layer, are wafer thin slices to fill the entire volume of the box. They’re included because I want you to get the most for your money. The don’t take away from the volume of the primary contents in the box.
Some are debarked. Not everything, but most, I can debark them specifically upon request.
Size: Small, Flat Rate USPS Box—5-3/8” deep x 8-5/8” long x 1-5/8” tall. Size of pieces included can be inferred from those dimensions. They are not all big. But, they are useful for those who cast or want to use them as inlays etc.
I fill each box as full as I can with some of the nicest colorful burl you’ll find.
