I don’t have a traditional refund and returns policy because I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
I will make your order right with the remedy of your choice–generally this is a replacement for the item you’ve received; while still keeping the original item in question. Over my 1100+ sales, this has only happened 0.008% of the time.
I ask you contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if in the very rare occasion this is the case.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can do what’s most reasonable.
I offer refunds in circumstances that warrant them. For instance, on Etsy, when someone had to pay VAT twice (once on the original transaction on Etsy, then again on receiving the item) I’ve refunded the extra tax collected as this isn’t the recipients fault. All parties, myself included, followed directions, though there were technical glitches on the platform I chose to sell on. This will not happen on my personal site. I control how things are processed, and I do things correctly.
Please let me know if you are gifting this item, that way I make absolutely sure there is nothing tacky, i.e., invoice with price paid by gifter, included with the parcel.
