This ballpoint Cocobolo pen comes in brushed satin trim. It’s a slimmer—Bic sized—pen for those who would like a handmade, rare rosewood pen without any extras. It’s what I’d call a utilitarian pen with a ‘wow factor’
You may be asking why this prestigious pen is priced much differently than my other listed Cocobolo pens: the slimline style, brushed satin hardware is much less expensive than my other hardware kits. The major expense? Just the high value ascribed to the wood due to its rarity. Ie., the wood is the same exact species, cut and turned from the exact same wood. Simply a smaller, more economical pen to produce. That’s all there is to it!
Note: Cocobolo is a true rosewood and cannot be shipped outside the US.
